Gen AI Hackathon Winner (2023)

Simon Grabowski, Joff Morgan, and I came up with the idea for SAP's Gen AI Hackathon. Design teams needed on-brand icons but didn't have a fast way to make them. We fine-tuned Stable Diffusion on 500 SAP icons and paired it with ChatGPT for prompt enrichment. You type what you need, it generates four options that match the brand style. Built as a live demo for the hackathon.

Teaching Gen AI to 20,000+ SAP Employees

First ChatGPT training 9 days after release (Dec 2022)

Made SAP's first ChatGPT training video 9 days after it came out in December 2022. Nobody knew what Gen AI was. My approach: first, I had them chat with me so they could see every answer is different and created on the spot. Then I explained that LLMs can only write text—but they can write code. You let them write code and place software in listening mode: a search engine, a Python platform, a trigger to generate purchase orders. That's what agents are. The wow moment was connecting this to Joule—SAP's agent.

Started with recorded sessions, then expanded to live workshops and team training. Now at 20,000+ employees trained. Also built AI presentations for executive-level customer visits.
