I was there at the birth of e-procurement in the early 2000s, working on shared platforms that evolved into today's cloud systems. Trained Électricité de France's full procurement team on eSourcing and reverse auctions, including a €300 million event with 17 % savings—the largest of its time. Scoped and implemented SAP Ariba solutions for clients such as Nestlé, Heineken, L'Oréal Asia, Unilever, Shell, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, Ville de Québec, Bacardi, De Beers, Philips, and EDF Energy, among others—helping define sourcing and supplier-collaboration standards.

Led 200+ solution engineers across 40 countries. Built demo standards and positioned SAP's first cloud procurement suite globally before cloud was mainstream.
