Top Achievement: Blockchain Course for Business

Top 3 OpenSAP Course Ever Created

I built everything—learning objectives, scripts, visuals, video editing, and guest segments with UNICEF and the European Commission. Delivered as a complete, broadcast-ready 4-week course.

What happened: 13,000+ learners completed it. Still in SAP's top 3 most successful courses ever.

Why it worked: I stripped out the jargon and made blockchain relevant to business problems. Students said it was "more entertaining than Netflix" and "easily the most engaging OpenSAP course ever."

Strategic Impact: Course success led to coordinating and developing the SAP Crypto North Star advisory framework for procurement and supply chain line of businesses (2022)—providing board-level recommendations on blockchain technology adoption across SAP's enterprise solutions.

This shows I can take a concept to a finished educational product—and make people actually want to watch it.

Award Winner: Gen AI - From First Training to Hackathon Winner

December 9, 2022: I created SAP's very first internal ChatGPT training—9 days after public release. But I didn't just explain what it was. I started by asking people to take out their phones and do three chats with me, right there, discussing what was happening in real time. Only after they'd experienced it firsthand did we move into concepts like agents, prompts, and integration.

My approach: Hands-on first. Theory second. Always with live demos of the latest technologies—I was showing Perplexity AI in 2023, emerging tools like Manus AI in 2024. I now prepare presentations using vibe coding.

My tagline: The power of AI is not in the response but in the conversation.

September 2023: Won both Jury Prize and Public Prize at SAP's Gen AI Hackathon. Our team of 3 competed against 113 projects from 1,000+ employees. We built an AI system that trained custom image models to generate SAP-style icons and integrated it with ChatGPT for smart suggestions.

Real adoption: Inside SAP, employees created 13,000 on-brand SAP icons using our tool in two weeks.

Then: Trained approximately +20,000 SAP employees on generative AI through workshops, remote sessions, and video content—always starting with that same principle: try it first, understand it second.

How Our AI Icon Generator Worked:

We trained a Stable Diffusion model using 500 official SAP icons from their design library. When employees requested a new icon, ChatGPT would enrich their prompt, then our AI would generate 4 versions in SAP's distinctive style.

Original SAP icon from library

Training Example: This is one of the 500 original SAP icons we used to train our model. Our AI learned SAP's distinctive visual style, color palette, and design patterns from these official library assets.

Signature Framework: How to Explain SAP

Creating frameworks where none existed

Nobody had ever explained SAP this way before. I used a metro map analogy—and for the first time, people actually understood how the entire business suite connects. Internally at SAP, it is used for all new hire onboarding.

Reverse Auction Simulation

Real expertise, explained simply

This taps back to my early career (2001-2006) advising major European utilities like Électricité de France. I conducted what was then the largest online reverse auction ever done—around €300 million, achieving 17% savings.

The SAP Business Network

Making the invisible visible

Nobody knows that the SAP Business Network transacts $14 billion per day, every day. I created this explainer to communicate the scale and importance of what's actually one of the world's largest B2B networks.

Channel Origins & Philosophy: Started in 2012 when I was Lead Ariba Presales, responsible for global team collaterals. Initially created demonstrations to leave behind with clients—authentic, non-marketing content that directly explained what the technology does. By not trying to sell anything, they gained significant traction and became standard resources used by teams worldwide.

Team Development: When I got leadership of SAP presales teams for procurement, I pushed everyone to get skilled in video editing with Camtasia so they could produce similar content themselves. Many recent videos were created for special requests from colleagues and customers.
